How do I get the trees accurately in my map, how do I avoid digging damage and on whose land is the tree?
Tree trunk positionBGT is an information service on API from NEO from which we have determined the trunk positions of all Dutch trees with high accuracy and will maintain them permanently. If required, NEO places them in the BGT with the source owner and records the mutations.
The trunk position of a tree determines whether digging damage occurs, who owns the tree, etc. Trees are very rarely moved, but new trees naturally appear and some disappear. Because NEO uses earth observation data and AI, we can accurately track these mutations and determine the trunk position with BGT accuracy.
The master positions are served via our API, after which you can further analyse the data in your desired environment. By answering a few questions, we calculate what the cost of using the API will be for you, and you can place the order.
