To meet these quality requirements, we have developed the SignalEyes work process. SignalEyes is entirely focused on our primary process, securing and updating geo-information, and consists of four elements:

ISO 9001:2015
Since 2012, NEO has held its ISO 9001 certificate. With the ISO process, we continuously monitor whether our work process SignalEyes meets the requirements and, where necessary, we work to improve it. Our Quality Team conducts an internal audit twice a year and ensures that our partners meet the quality requirements set.
Customer satisfaction survey
After the completion of each project, we invite our customers to rate the cooperation. If the overall score for this is lower than 'good', an improvement action follows. This is followed up by the Quality Team within the 'Continuous Improvement' process. Incidentally, we are proud of the fact that the average rating of our customers is higher than an 8!
Geo-standards
NEO wholeheartedly supports international and national standards. We ensure that we are well informed about what is being discussed at Geonovum and in the Open Geospatial Consortium. All our deliveries are delivered in accordance with current standards, for example in StUF-Geo IMGeo and CityGML.
ISO27001:2013
In addition to quality policies, information security policies are also becoming increasingly important. This is provided for by the standard called ISO 27001:2013. In our work, information is an important production factor. Of this, we must be able to guarantee its availability, integrity and confidentiality. Since the beginning of 2019, NEO has been certified for this global gold standard for securing information. As a result, your information is in safe hands with us.
