About the Role
You will join our People & Culture team, together with our HR manager and HR officer. In this role:
- Do you supervise the entire recruitment process, including trainees - from intake to onboarding - and ensure a flawless and people-oriented recruitment experience.
- Build and strengthen our Employer Brand. You will translate our mission, culture and values into authentic stories that appeal to the right candidates.
- Create a unified onboarding experience. You will design and coordinate an onboarding that connects new colleagues to our people, our purpose and our way of working, across teams and disciplines.
- Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D). You will help shape and align learning initiatives to both individual growth and organisational needs.
Your work directly affects the quality of our teams and the culture that binds them. You don't just fill vacancies, you help build a community.
What you will do
As a Talent & Culture Specialist, you combine hands-on execution with cultural leadership. Your scope of work includes talent attraction, employee experience and learning.
- Translate recruitment needs into clear job descriptions and appealing job ads
- Proactively seek out candidates who are driven by our mission, screen them and engage with them
- Guide hiring managers through structured, fair and people-oriented recruitment processes
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Strengthen and activate us employer brand through various channels (website, LinkedIn, referrals, events)
- Design and coordinate a unified onboarding journey for all new colleagues
- Ensure smooth cooperation between teams, managers and buddies
- Coordinate Learning & development initiatives throughout the organisation
- Align training needs with individual growth, team goals and organisational priorities
Who we are looking for
You have:
- HBO working and thinking level
- Dutch at professional level (C1)
- Approximately 2 to 5 years' experience in recruitment and/or HR, preferably in a dynamic or socially driven organisation
- A strong belief in culture, collaboration and people development
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional appearance
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously, with structure and calmness
- A proactive, hands-on mentality: you see what is needed and take ownership
- Affinity with employer branding, onboarding and learning initiatives
