Delivering quality in our products and services is incredibly important to us at NEO. Since 2012, NEO has therefore been certified for its quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This means that we work in accordance with a standard work process in which quality is described and tested for each step.
Besides policies for quality, policies around information security have also become increasingly important. This is provided for by the standard called ISO 27001:2013. In our work, information is an important production factor. Of this, we must be able to guarantee its availability, integrity and confidentiality. Since the beginning of 2019, NEO has been certified for this global gold standard for securing information. As a result, your information is in safe hands with us.
An important part of the certifications are the annual audits carried out by an external party to assess whether the system is functioning properly. An external audit was carried out for both ISOs at the end of 2021, with recertification audit for ISO 27001:2013. We are proud that NEO successfully passed both audits, and you can therefore expect high quality from us again in 2022!
