My name is Mina Golnia, a second-year student in the master's programme in Urban Planning Management at ITC (University of Twente). I started studying urban and regional planning in 2011, for my bachelor's degree and my first master's degree. During my second master at the ITC, I became fascinated by the field of earth observation and image analysis. Therefore, I decided to bring these fields together with my own specialisation. My current research focuses on developing an automatic model for reconstruction of 3D buildings using aerial photos and deep learning. I have had the opportunity to work with NEO as an intern for about four months. To enhance my professional skills, this internship allows me to participate in projects that are in my area of interest, while also conducting my own research.
I am adventurous and enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone to experience new things. I love nature, animals, music, rain and coffee, and together with others I can enjoy it even more.

Hello everyone! My name is Arthur Tichem and I enjoy studying Applied Geo Information Science (formerly Geo, Media & Design) at HAS University of Applied Sciences in 's-Hertogenbosch. I am now in my 3rd year of the course. Since 16 November, I started as an intern at NEO. During this internship period, I will occupy myself with visualising the Pavement Monitor in Mapbox. Having never worked with Mapbox before this, this will be a whole new experience for me. I enjoy applying the things I learnt at school in practice now. My interests lie in sports, running and road cycling. I also read a book once in a while and, of course, in (physical) geography.
