SignalEyes is NEO's system for signalling changes and providing buyers with information they can act on immediately. We started monitoring all trees in 2015, followed by all solar panels in 2017, and now it applies to changes in all buildings, roads, water surfaces, plots, yards, etc. in the Netherlands.
SignalEyes is the basis for most of the services NEO provides. It is a unique system combining Earth observation, public notifications and Open Data. Using the patented infrastructure, which is based on artificial intelligence, we track objects with unparalleled completeness and accuracy. We do this several times a year and update information shortly after data collection.
