
During the 2019-2022 period, we achieved a reduction of over 50%. This was, of course, partly brought about by the new ways of working introduced by COVID on an accelerated basis.
For the period 2022-2025, we have set ourselves a target of a further reduction of 15%. In the past year, we have already more than achieved that with a reduction of over 40%. If this reduction continues/stands up, we will adjust the targets in the interim to raise the bar a little higher.
