Satellite image processing for Wallonia

Based on extensive expertise and leading role in the GEO-ICT field, NEO won a project for the Service Public de Wallonie, in which high-resolution satellite images are processed for the entire region of Wallonia. These processed images are used by the client in the Control with Remote Sensing process in which the legitimacy of EU subsidy claims under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) by farmers is determined, as well as for maintenance of the parcel reference system (Land Parcel Identification System).

NEO performs image processing for the total area of Wallonia for Worldview, Geoeye and Pléiades. Geometric correction, orthorectification and visual enhancement etc. are part of the process. By using the advanced infrastructure and the automated workflow developed in-house, a streamlined process is created, resulting in an efficient delivery of the product.

The implementation of the project is in line with NEO's ISO 9001-certified SignalEyes work process that allows us to meet all quality requirements. In addition, NEO handles all information according to ISO 27001 standards.
NEO looks forward to deploying its expertise and high standard of work and delivering the products to the client's satisfaction.
