About the Role

As Financial Administrator, you will support the day-to-day financial processes within the organisation. You will ensure that financial transactions are processed correctly and that the records remain complete, up-to-date and reliable.

You will work closely with the Financial Specialist and other colleagues within the organisation and contribute to an efficient and controllable financial operation.

What will you do?

  • Process and record financial transactions, invoices, payments and claims.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Monitor payment deadlines and open items.
  • Support follow-up on overdue payments.
  • Perform audits and reconciliations of financial data.
  • Identify deviations and support solutions.
  • Preparation of financial statements and administrative reports.
  • Ensure complete, structured and auditable documentation.
  • Assist with payroll administration and tax returns where necessary.
  • Work according to financial procedures, internal controls and compliance guidelines.
  • Support audits, reviews and information requests.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in a financial administrative role.
  • Accurate, structured and consistent in your work.
  • Strong eye for detail and quality.
  • Good organisational skills and time management.
  • Communicative and pleasant to work with colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes and accounting.
  • Experience with AFAS financial software and Excel
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
